At Zest Shop, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a transparent and reliable support system. We request all customers to review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Return / Exchange Eligibility

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of successful delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept any return, exchange, or refund requests.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
• The item should be in original packaging without any physical damage.
• Invoice / order proof is mandatory for verification.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchange Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

• Perfumes / Fragrances (No return / No exchange allowed).
• Used or physically damaged products.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
• Sale or discounted products.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the following verified cases:

• Damaged product received.
• Incorrect or wrong product delivered.
• Manufacturing or functional defect confirmed after inspection.

All exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

IMPORTANT: A 360° clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening to complete product inspection) is MANDATORY for all exchange or support claims.

Without a valid unboxing video, no exchange, return, or support will be granted under any circumstances.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after product inspection and approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used while placing the order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are NOT eligible for refunds.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Shipping fees once paid are non-refundable.
